Not to be dramatic, but Shift changed my life. Kris has built something truly special- a mental health centered space that is body positive, judgment free, and still pushes you to show up as your best self. I am so so thankful to be a lifelong member with Shift!

Vie Rhythm- Wakefield, MA Reiki and Guided Coaching
Between Tina and Kris, my life has completely elevated. I found Tina ~5 years ago when I was at my lowest. She got me out of my funk and into my best self. She truly is the kind of person who sees something in you before you see it in yourself. Through reiki and guided coaching, she helped me find a confidence and sense of power I didn’t know I had. Tina is also a big reason this exists at all. If you’re feeling stuck or ready for something to change, Tina is your person. I am so thankful I found her and blessed with this beautiful life she has helped me create.

Empower- Woburn & Reading, MA Food + Cafe
I am not a greens, protein loving girlie. I wish I was, but I digress. Nick at Empower has been one of the only places I entertain my inner health goddess. He cares about the ingredients, flavor, and most importantly people and it shows. If you’re ever looking for a coffee/tea, healthy food options or his famous slushes, check out Empower!

Ravenstone- Lynn, MA Retail
Ravenstone is hands down my favorite “woo woo” store. Their crystals are not only beautiful, but they are ethically sourced and genuine. The owners are extremely nice and are always throwing fun events. I’ve bought plenty of tarot decks and journals from there, and they have a beautiful selection of jewelry and other self care products. As they say, it’s worth the trip!!
